The best ways to increase your Connection Level with locations is usually to complete Orders for Sam to bring most facilities and sympathetic Preppers, and also by returning Lost Cargo, and taking on Standard Orders (the heavier the quantity of cargo, the more likes you’ll receive).

Below is a list of each of the facilities and places you can find, how to connect with them and bring them onto the UCA, and any rewards you may be able to earn with them.

As a general note, most all of the UCA-sympathetic facilities will automatically reach Rank 2 simply by completing your first Main Order and reaching them. However, many Preppers will usually requires a few orders to convince them to enter into a contract with Bridges first (Rank 1 Connection Level), and then eventually join the UCA (at Rank 2 Connection Level).

Some places will even give rewards for initial contact, for completing certain orders, or give special items randomly after delivering cargo. However, some locations may not advance to the next level until certain story conditions are complete, or specific mail from that location is received. If you notice that a connection level does not appear to be increasing, you may need to come back at a later time.
