Star Wars: KOTOR, the Android port of the hugely successful 2003 Star Wars RPG, is currently half-price on Google Play. It’s up for $4.99, down from $9.99.
Originally developed by Bioware, who went on to create Mass Effect, Star Wars: KOTOR is set 4,000 years before the events of the movies, and sees you attempting to preserve the Jedi Order against an onslaught of Sith shenanigans. Or not, if you choose the dark side.
Thanks to the game’s involving story, well-drawn characters, enormous universe, and rich RPG gameplay, it’s generally considered to be among the best games ever made – though it’s showing its age.
There are likely to be more Star Wars game going cheap over the next week or so, thanks to International Star Wars Day on May the 4th. For now, you can download Star Wars: KOTOR half price right now on Google Play.
