Publisher Private Division was forced to delay the release of The Outer Worlds on Switch due to the impact of COVID-19. Originally it was due to release on March 6, meaning it has experienced a three month delay. This puts the Switch release eight months later than its console and PC counterpart.
The wait will hopefully be worth it, though. Our The Outer Worlds review praised the game, with particular emphasis placed on its characters and skills. Provided it runs well on the Switch, then it’ll be a great addition to the console’s RPG library.
